Potatoes Stuffed With Mushroom

Take 6 large sized potatoes, peel them and rub with butter and bake in hot oven for 30 minutes until they become soft. After that cut them into half lengths. Scoop out most of the potato, leaving a thin shell. Heat a pan, sauté chopped mushrooms and onion for 2-3 minutes and mix cheese cream, salt red chillies and garam masala to it .
